About NCDC

The Northern Cheyenne Development Corporation (NCDC) is a BIA-approved, Tribal Council ratified entity, established to:

• Develop a sense of entrepreneurship in the Tribe and its' members;

• Pay its' own operating expenses and capital obligations and accumulate financial reserves;

• Allocate surplus funds to the Tribe;

• Provide employment and contracting opportunities to Tribal members and Tribal entities.

NCDC is the Business & Economic Development Branch of the Northern Cheyenne Tribe.

The Corporate Charter of the Northern Cheyenne Development Corporation was enacted on August 20, 2012.  The Corporation at all times shall be wholly-owned by the Tribe.  And, the Annual NCDC Board meeting is conducted on the Reservation in January of each year.  This would also include monthly board meetings throughout the year per the corporate charter.
